The aim of this project is to promote active and healthy aging by counselling enterprises and employees. It aims to contribute to working conditions which improve age-based employment, to enable the adaptation of jobs and workplaces to life cycles, and to sustain health in terms of primary prevention. Therefore, the project provides sensitising activities, analysis, development of measures and support in their implementation as well as evaluation of outcomes.


Coaching for enhanced coping with issues related to employment (AB-Coaching)

The aim of this programme is to promote and preserve the working ability of persons employed by businesses established in Upper Austria. The aim of this programme is to promote equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market, to maintain employment, and to increase the skill levels of employees in general and of women in particular. This project addresses challenges related to achieving a work-life-balance with a focus on women. By analysing and addressing regions in the Provincial Government of Salzburg as well as companies, a variety of activities (awareness raising, advising, and the development of outcome-oriented approaches) should help to improve the compatibility of work and family life.

Equal Pay focuses on business consulting and gradual business support in addressing gender pay gaps, developing tools to enhance the fair assessment of labour input, transparent discussions on salary components, and the implementation of concrete action plans. It is based on legally required income reports (companies with more than 150 employees), but also on other motivating factors (for smaller companies).
