Demographics advice Digi +

The Digi+ demography consultancy is a free consulting project for companies and their employees in Austria. We support companies in dealing with the challenges posed by demographic change, with digital transformation, maintaining employment and creating life-stage-oriented and age-appropriate jobs.

Our offer

Our working world has changed significantly in recent years. Workplaces must be adapted to digital processes; the demands placed on companies and their employees are becoming increasingly diverse. As the baby boomer generation approaches retirement, we must adapt our working world so that people can be kept in employment not only longer but also productively.

The demographic consultancy Digi+ supports this

  • Adapting leadership and work processes in an age-appropriate manner and in line with digital change,
  • to use older employees in particular according to their potential,
  • to promote (digital) skills and lifelong learning among employees,
  • and establish sustainable knowledge management in the company.

The advice is individual and tailored to each company. With a team of around 70 consultants, we offer everything from a single source: location assessment and industry comparison, in-depth analyzes of the workforce and age structure, development of measures and support of implementation using our toolbox. We also offer regional events and networking opportunities for companies, information and referrals to other funding and offers.

The Digi+ demography consultancy is aimed at all Austrian companies (with the exception of Burgenland), regardless of industry and size.

fit2work integration advice

The fit2work Integration counseling supports companies free of charge in maintaining or regaining the ability of their employees to work. This can prevent long periods of sick leave, early retirement, and employee resignations.

We advise companies in the field of operational integration management and in deploying staff according to their abilities, improving the work ability of employees and preventing health-impairing risks.

Our offer

  • Development of operational integration management
  • Information hub for support offers in the areas of work, health and social affairs
  • Supporting the ability of employees to work, which prevents longer absences, incapacity to work before the standard retirement age or even unemployment due to illness
  • Qualification of people in the company in the field of company integration management

fit2work is a free Austria-wide offer that offers all companies uncomplicated and unbureaucratic access to advice and support.

fit2work is an initiative of the Austrian Federal Government, financed by the AMS, Pension Insurance, AUVA, ÖGK and the Social Ministry Service, and has been implemented throughout Austria since 2013.
